Today has come and gone already! There were quite a few people missing today because none of the busses were running, but we had a pretty good day (despite the cold).

Its hard to believe that we are already down to our last week of school before Christmas! Hope you have a relaxing weekend, with not too much Christmas shopping craziness!

THURSDAY

It feels like a whirlwind as we head towards Christmas! We are having a good time getting ready for Christmas and finishing off all of our units.

WEDNESDAY

Today was an exciting day, as we went over to the Lodge to sing Christmas carols and to do our reader's theatre play "A flea on Santa's tree??". Well done to everybody for an excellent performance.

tuesday

We are continuing on our 12 days of Christmas at a rapid pace! Today the SRC provided the movie "The Grinch" over lunch hour, which was enjoyed by many of the K-6 students.
As a class, we a busy practising for our visit to the Lodge tomorrow afternoon. We are doing a short Christmas play and singing some Christmas carols. I am really looking forward to it!

HOMEWORK:
Spelling # 1-4 and BIIIIIIIIG unit test on Friday! Don't forget to study!!

Winter is finally here! We had many sledders out on the 1/8'' snow today! It looks like we will indeed have a white Christmas.

Everybody has been working very hard to produce some excellent work. I am excited to see the newspaper front page when it is done.

Monday

Today was a fantastic day with ECO- X! We learned a lot about the prairies and had a really good time. Many thanks to the various organizations who sponsor them.

NO HOMEWORK TONIGHT!
Our math test has been moved to Thursday to give us time to finish the review and make sure we're all on the same page.

Don't forget we also have a Language power test on Friday.
